We had such fun!!!
We went along to the Prue Leith Chef Studio in Centurion and presented the one day Chocolate Making module to the students. This is part of the Prue Leith Chefs Academy Pastry Course which is currently running.
The students were shown, and then eagerly participated, in the making of hand dipped bonbons, pralines and truffles and were also shown how to create chocolate decorations.
